About this course
The YES+ (Youth Empowerment Seminar) is an innovative and dynamic life skills program which empowers students with tools to eliminate stress, handle negative emotions, increase mental focus, heighten awareness and develop strong social and leadership skills. These tools are a set of powerful breathing techniques which decrease stress, detoxify the body, and increase focus and clarity of mind. To get the most out of life, we need to increase energy, conserve the energy we have, and manage our time well. YES+ teaches us how to be productive and dynamic while staying cool and centred.

The YES!+ program is specifically tailored for young adults: students and young professionals. Sudarshan Kriya® breathing technique and other breath modalities heal and harmonise the body, mind and spirit. You learn practical skills for improving focus and productivity and giving you the courage to “go for it” and create the life of you dreams. Profound wisdom for managing negative emotions and challenging situations as well as for strengthening relationships and recovering more quickly from emotional trauma and disappointments.
What is the format of this program?
The duration of the program is 3 days, with morning and afternoon sessions. The YES!+ program can also be residential in a sports camp or camp format.
